Futuristic Innovations/ Adobe animate session 1

1. Bio-organic Prosthetic technology - with advancements in cell and tissue cloning, such as now being to replicate certain organs, there may be a possibility one day of creating prosthetic limbs for amputees by creating one using their own DNA, this could also be used for organ transplants for the hearts and kidneys too.

2.  'self-healing' concrete

In the future, it may be possible to build structures out of regenerating bacteria, that automatically repairs itself over time and maintains structural integrity. It would also be economically and environmentally viable long term.

3. Simulating other senses in Virtual Reality - prototypes for headsets that create scents for the wearer reportedly exist, smells are created by inserting 8 liquid cartidges and mixing the scents in different capacities to create possibly hundreds of different smells.

There are also gloves which simulate grip and firmness of objects when you hold them such as with tighter resistance the more that you squeeze an object

Thoughts on brief for animated poster: Because it is also doubled up as a poster as well as being an animation, it would make sense for there to be many different animated elements on a fairly short cycle, maybe make it loop seamlessly, interaction would be fairly simple to implement, I believe, perhaps when the mouse hover over text it could enlarge the text and change its colour to show it is being highlighted.
